Welcome

Sea Salt & Sunday Bread was born out of a simple truth: we're all walking this life one step at a time. Sometimes through sunshine, sometimes through storm, but always a little grace under our feet. This space is for those who crave something real -  faith that feels lived in, food that nourishes more than the body and conversations that remind us healing is possible, even when life feels heavy.

Welcome to The Salty Table

There's something sacred about the simple things. The smell of bread warming in the oven. A cup of coffee held gently between your hands. Salt air brushing against your skin as the tide rolls in and out, steady and faithful.

This little corner of the world was created from the things I love most: the ocean, nourishing food, creativity and a life lived a little slower, a little softer and a little more intentionally.

Here you'll find more than recipes. You'll find stories.
  • Stories written in the quiet of early mornings with coffee nearby.
  • Stories shaped by the rhythm of the sea - ever-changing, yet always returning home.
  • Stories told through meals created with care, with color, with heart.
Ive always believed that food is more than something we eat. It's something we create. It's something we share. It's something that heals.

In my kitchen, you'll find a mix of wholesome ingredients, coastal inspiration, ocean watercolors and a touch of creativity. Meals that feel good for the body, but also for the soul. Nothing complicated, nothing overwhelming. Just simple, beautiful nourishment.

And, just like art, cooking is an expression.
  • Some days it's messy.
  • Some days it's inspired.
  • Some days it's as simple as toast and coffee and that's enough.
Faith lives here, too.
  • In the quiet prayers whispered over a cutting board.
  • In the gratitude stirred into every pot.
  • In the reminder that we are already held, already loved, already enough.
You don't need a perfect kitchen. You don't need a perfect routine. You don't need a perfect art studio and you don't need to have it all figured out. You just need a willingness to show up: to create, to nourish, to slow down and to savor what's right in front of you.

So, whether you're here for a new recipe, a bit of inspiration, a creative boost, a moment of peace or simply a place to feel at home..pull up a chair, pour a cup of coffee and stay awhile.

There's always room for you at this table.

With Love and Warmth,

Tery Lynne
