About Tery Lynne

Welcome to Sea Salt & Sunday Bread, a space where creativity isn't about perfection, but presence. A place where the creative arts becomes a quiet kind of healing and where expression is more important than outcome.

Sea Salt & Sunday Bread is a space for the wanderers, the believers and the beautifully imperfect - those who crave a slower, more soulful way of living. Here, we walk barefoot through life's moments, grounded in faith, nourished by good food and guided by a spirit of wellness that touches both body and soul.

Here, we'll explore creativity in its simplest, most soulful forms. Watercolors mixed with a touch of sea. Art journaling that holds our thoughts, our dreams and the pieces of ourselves we're learning to rediscover.

This is also a space for soft encouragement - to live with intention, to elevate your quality of life in quiet, meaningful ways and to embrace the truest, most authentic version of yourself. Not through pressure or perfection, but through awareness, reflection and grace.

This is a sacred space for:

  • creating without pressure
  • embracing curiosity over control
  • reconnecting with your inner child
  • allowing playfulness back into everyday life
Because somewhere along the way, many of us were taught to be serious, to be careful and to get things right. But, what if healing looks a little different? What if it looks like coloring outside the lines, saltwater on your brush, music playing in the background, good food at your fingertips and your heart simply breaking open?

Along side creativity, you will also find:
  • simple, nourishing recipes
  • moments of coastal inspiration
  • reflections on slowing down
  • gentle encouragement to take risks - even the quiet, brave kind

This is not a hurried space. It is not polished or loud. This is a place for soft living - coastal in spirit, simple at heart. Here you will find small offerings gathered over time: unfussy recipes, seasonal notes, creative expression, gentle rhythms for the everyday and the quiet beauty that often goes unnoticed.

This is not about doing more - it's about feeling more. Living more intentionally. Expressing oneself and letting life be a little softer, a little freer, a little more you.

A Little Bit About Me

Known for my compassion and healing modalities centered around self-love, meditation and creativity. I was trained as a Healing Arts Coach with an emphasis in holistic healing. I've earned certifications in Holistic Health, Meditation and Life Coaching.

I am deeply committed to not only my own healing and creative expression, but also to help others bring their healing journey and creativity to life. My deep empathy for others stems from my personal journey with Domestic Violence, Anxiety, Depression and Chronic Pain.

Throughout the years, I've earned a college degree in Applied Science studying Law and went back to school to study Psychology. I taught home-school students Creative Writing and am a CARE-Pro within my community. My passion for the Arts and Healing is what keeps me alive as I continue to thrive and inspire others to do the same.

So, come pull up a beach chair, bring your curiosity (and maybe a cup of sweet tea), and let’s share something beautiful - from the heart and from our home.
